Congratulatory messages
Congratulatory messages are available through the Department
of Premier and Cabinet for persons celebrating their 90th and 100th birthdays
and Golden (50 years) and Diamond (60 years) Wedding Anniversaries.
Forms are available from Peter’s office.
A copy of the birth or marriage certificate is required. If the
person notifying of the celebration
is unable to obtain either of these certificates the completion
of a Statutory Declaration will be necessary.
A period of at least two weeks notice prior to the celebration would
be appreciated to allow the congratulatory messages to be received on
the celebration date. Requests received later than six weeks after the
event will not be actioned.
The Protocol and Special Events Branch (PSE) is responsible for arranging
messages from the Premier. Notification is also given to the following:
-
